Eng. Musa Iyombe
CHAIRMAN
Eng. Musa I. Iyombe is a Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Public Service Pensions Fund. Currently, he is a retired Permanent Secretary to the President’s Office, Regional Administration and Local Government (PMO-RALG). He holds of a Bachelors of Science in Engineering (Civil) degree from the University of Mysore, India and Master of Science in Engineering (Civil) from New York, USA.

Ms. Susan B. Kabogo a representative from the Ministry of Finance and Planning. She works as the Principal Finance Management officer in the Ministry of Finance and Planning-Government Budget Division. She holds BA (Hons) Economics degree from Aligarh University, India and MBA (General) from Sunderland University (UK).
Dr. Aggrey Mlimuka

Dr. Aggrey K. Mlimuka a representative of the employers’ organization. Currently, is a retired Executive Director of Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE). He is an elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He also worked as Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Dar Es Salaam. He holds LL.B and LL.M from the University of Dar es Salaam. He also pursued Postgraduate Diploma in International Law and Organization for Development at the Institute of Social Studies at the Hague and thereafter LL.M (magna cum laude) at the University of Hamburg and Dr. Jur (magna cum laude) at the University of Hamburg. He is also a registered Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.
Mazoea S. Mwera

Ms. Mazoea S. Mwera is a representative from the Prime Minister’s Office (Labour, Youth, Employment and Persons with Disability). She works as the Assistant Director – Administration in the Prime Minister’s Office (Labour, Youth, Employment and Persons with Disability). She holds a Master in Public Administration (MPA – HRM) from the Mzumbe University and Advanced Diploma in Public Administration; also Ms. Mazoea is the Audit Committee Member for Tanzania Commission for Aids (TACAIDS) since 2018.
Said A. Nzori

Mr. Said A. Nzori is a representative of the Attorney General. He works as Assistant Chief Parliamentary Draftsman (ACPD) in the Office of Attorney General. He holds a LLM at Russian People’s Friendship University – Moscow Russia and LLB at People’s Friendship University – Moscow Russia. Currently, he also conducting On Job Trainings to various staff in public service on matters relating to Legislative Drafting and Legislative Process in Tanzania, He was also a researcher/draftsman to the Tume ya Mabadiliko ya Katiba (Tume ya Warioba).
Victor F. Kategere

Mr. Victor F. Kategere is a representative from the President’s Office Regional Administration and Local Government (PO – RALG). He works as the Director for Administration and Human Resources Management (DAHRM) in the PO – RALG). He holds a Master degree in Public Administration (MPA – HRM) from the Mzumbe University and Advanced Diploma in Public Administration; he also has professional examination Qualification in Law for Administrative Officers Administered by Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC).
Rashid M. Mtima

Mr. Rashid M. Mtima is a representative from employees’ organization. Currently, he is the General Secretary, Tanzania Local Government Workers Union (TALGWU). He holds Bachelor of Science in Urban and Rural Planning University of Dar Es Salaam and a Certificate in Managing Cities in Developing Countries, Environment and Infrastructure Framework, Human Settlement Management Institute, New Delhi, India. He is also a registered Town Planning Officer.

Ms. Stella E. Katende is a representative of the employers’ organization. She works as the Finance and Administrative Manager of Social Action Trust Fund (SATF). She holds Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Dar Es Salaam. MBA, Governance Degree from ESAMI. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) Tanzania.

Thomas C. Manjati is a retired banker. He possesses vast knowledge and experience in social security matters. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Marketing from College of Business Education.
CPA, Hosea E. Kashimba
SECRETARY
Mr. Hosea E. Kashimba is the Director General of the Public Service Social Security Fund and secretary of the Board of Trustees since February 2019. Before joining the Fund, he worked with the former PPF Pensions Fund as the Director of Internal Audit and later with National Social Security Fund (NSSF) in the same position. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Corporate Management) from Mzumbe University. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Development Management (IDM), now Mzumbe University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a certified Director of the Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT). He is currently sitting in several boards as a Director.
